I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet area provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being able to communicate in both German and English. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage options. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, allowing me to fully unwind and rejuvenate. Additionally, the hotel provided tours and ticket assistance, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful, with a serene lake that was perfect for a leisurely stroll. the hotel's amenities were also top, notch, with a well, maintained tennis court and a swimming pool that had a jacuzzi. the hotel was very clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a weekend getaway.
The check, in experience was extremely frustrating and time, consuming, with a manager who seemed uninterested in helping us. We were left waiting for over 20 minutes, with no acknowledgement of our presence.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our city break and we loved the tranquil and peaceful rural setting. The staff were very obliging and tried hard to be helpful, offering great service. We also enjoyed the amazing spa and wellness areas, which were clean, nice and we loved spending time there.
While we loved the food at the restaurant, we were disappointed that our second day food was too salty, almost inedible, and regret that we didn't return it. We also found that the breakfast could be more diverse, as there were only eggs and sausages for the hot dishes.

Located in a peaceful area, this hotel is just a short walk away from the spa. Rooms are spacious and have fridges, and the free breakfast is fantastic. the spa facilities, including saunas and a pool, are clean and relaxing.
The check-in process was quite unpleasant and took much longer than expected.
